Crêpes d’Or are traditional crêpes with a modern touch and authenticity.
Baked with the finest and freshest ingredients from our local farmers, they fit any occasion:
- Sweet: Savor your sweet crêpes plain and never wish for a filling again! For a sweet tooth, add nutella, jam, or any other delectable topping you can think of.
- Savory: Enjoy your savory crêpe plain or filled with ham. Other filling options available upon request.
Baked in a nonstick pan, the dough is poured with a small ladle, then evenly distributed into a uniform disk. The crêpe is baked on one side, then flipped over and cooked on the other side. The shape and color of the crêpes are golden discs, thus the name Crêpes d’Or or Golden Crêpes.
Now, you can order a batch of crêpes, let them cool, and keep to enjoy later with the same great flavor:
- In the fridge: wrapped in foil paper for three (3) to four (4) days.
- In the freezer: finally, you can also store your crêpes in a freezer bag wrapped individually with parchment paper to prevent them from sticking together for easy retrieval. Warm up, unfreeze for few seconds in a microwave or in an oven.
